BREANNA KILMARTIN, LCSW

Breanna was born and raised in the Valley. She completed her Master of Social work in 2021 with a concentration in mental health. She specializes in working with adults and her career has been in community mental health. She believes that all people should be seen and accepted for who they are. Her focus in therapy is providing a safe and warm but challenging space. She believes in the need to create self-awareness for growth and healing to happen and to explore the narratives that we all hold. She believes in the transformational power of the therapeutic relationship. She focuses on meeting clients where they are at and walking with them along the journey. Her areas of focus are complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and self-esteem. She utilizes EMDR, person-centered approaches, and ego states work in her practice. She believes that healing is possible for all individuals and wants to provide this therapeutic space for her clients.

A little about Breanna, she enjoys spending her free time reading and watching the newest Netflix shows. She has two mini dachshunds whom she adores and she unwinds at the end of the day by playing with her pups.
