In working together, you can expect an interactive therapy style. I believe that the more engaged and involved in therapy you are, the more successful you will be! I want to know your story; what are your goals, who supports you, and what are your strengths? We will work together to create a treatment plan that is specific to you. This is a set of goals that are important to you that we can monitor and amend at any time. Part of our work together will include identifying the ways our thoughts, feelings and actions are connected. I will work with you to help you develop new skills, techniques and strategies to cope in healthy ways.
